1. The Promotion is valid for all purchases of Voucher(s) (as such term is defined on Zeek’s Terms of Use available at: ZEEK.ME) made over the amount of £200 (the “Qualifying Purchase”). For such Qualifying Purchase you shall receive 5% cash back or Zeek credit (at the sole discretion of Zeek) (“Cash Back”). This Promotion can only be redeemed once per participant during the promotional period.
2. All participants must be aged 18 or over and must be resident in the United Kingdom (“Participant” or “you”).

4. The Promotion will only be available between July 1nd, 2015 – July 31st, 2015. All Qualifying Purchases made thereafter shall not be eligible for the Cash Back.
5. This offer is not open to employees of Zeek, their parents companies, their agents, wholesalers, resellers or anyone connected with the execution or administration of the Promotion. The Promotion is not transferrable to another individual or business. Claims will only be accepted from the original purchaser.
6. Provided that the terms and conditions of this Promotion have been met, a payment for 5% of the relevant amount will, at Zeek’s sole discretion, either be transferred to you as Zeek credit within 30 days from validation of your claim. You must use your Zeek credit within 10 days of receipt of such credit.
7. If you return your Qualifying Purchase then you will lose your eligibility to the Cash Back.
8. Zeek reserves the right to, alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Zeek decisions in respect of all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
9. You agree that Zeek and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any injuries, losses or costs or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from your participation in this Promotion.
10. Zeek shall have no liability to you for any breach of these terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident. Zeek is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the Participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.
11. This Promotion and any claim arising out of or in connection with this Promotion (including non-contractual disputes and claims) will be governed by UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of London.
